Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sérgio Faria got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Samodaes getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Alexandre Moreira hit a great ball. After 7 played minutes, Samodaes's Marco Veiga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Daniel Pinho came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Samodaes reached it. In the 8th minute, Nuno Anjos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Samodaes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Daniel Borba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardo Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sérgio Faria in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Nuno Anjos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viriato Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Nuno Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sérgio Faria took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Simões. Bernardo Simões dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Samodaes's Bernardo Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sérgio Faria in the 41st minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Vale was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruival FC's goalkeeper Daniel Pinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Ruival FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Assunção to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ruival FC's zone, Nuno Anjos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniel Pinho came out of the goal and Nuno Anjos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ruival FC's Daniel Pinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Ruival FC from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Ruival FC's goalkeeper Daniel Pinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nuno Anjos. A collision led to Ruival FC getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. João Assunção hit a great ball. Pedro Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Pinho having to interfere. Nuno Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Daniel Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Anjos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Borba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samodaes's Bernardo Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Borba in the 88th minute of play. Bernardo Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Borba in the 90th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Ruival FC got a freekick which was hit by Sérgio Faria. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Faria in the 96th minute of play forced Samodaes's goalkeeper Bernardo Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Viriato Leão was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 97 minutes had been played. Ruival FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Samodaes for a fine match.
