Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, David Araújo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mougueira FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pipelo FC the free kick. 9 minutes into the match, Pipelo FC's Rui Cabral sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Garcia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rui Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Garcia having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Rui Cabral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. When António Barros came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Mougueira FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Barros couldn't finish the play. In the 27th minute, António Barros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mougueira FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. A collision led to Mougueira FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. António Barros hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Fábio Amaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mougueira FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Inácio Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Garcia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inácio Vale in the 45th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Manuel Garcia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when António Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Inácio Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Garcia having to interfere. Manuel Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Cabral in the 59th minute of play. In the 64th minute, Pipelo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Fábio Amaro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling António Barros in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacinto Luz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Mougueira FC's zone, Inácio Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Garcia came out of the goal and Inácio Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes in the game, António Barros fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacinto Luz having to interfere. Inácio Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Garcia having to interfere. Mougueira FC's Manuel Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Cabral in the 88th minute of play. Fábio Amaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mougueira FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
