Júlio Pinheiro had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Amílcar Gomes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, Esteveira's Eduardo Simões got a free kick in the 96th minute. Pedro Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 99th minute of the match. The Esteveira players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
