Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nuno Veiga kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Delfim Dias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pateo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Delfim Dias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Resende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Pateo FC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Manuel Nogueira hit a great ball. Instead of passing the ball, Vicente Santos made a really hard long shot towards goal. Pateo FC's Jorge Almeida realized he got lucky when he saw the ball passing the outside of the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Américo Almeida during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 12 played minutes Pateo FC got a freekick which was hit by Américo Almeida. When Diamantino Branco came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Quinta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diamantino Branco couldn't finish the play. In the 15th minute Nuno Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Filipe Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 27 minutes into the game, Diamantino Branco lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Jorge Almeida. With his leg Jorge Almeida managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Quinta's Diamantino Branco fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd minute Nuno Veiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Américo Almeida was shown his second yellow card after 33 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Américo Almeida hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Afonso Fernandes hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Diamantino Branco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Almeida having to make a save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filipe Antunes to strike the kick off in the second half. Pateo FC's Jorge Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diamantino Branco in the 53rd minute of play. Paulo Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Almeida having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pateo FC defense, Diamantino Branco kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Almeida. The Pateo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Almeida should have stopped the shot. If Nuno Veiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Quinta's Nuno Veiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge Almeida narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 66th minute, Abel Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Diamantino Branco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Jorge Almeida was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 76th match minute, Quinta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Brás to maneuver through the defense. If Filipe Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Esteves hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Esteves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filipe Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Resende having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Quinta's Nuno Veiga got a free kick in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quinta had won after a very even match.
