Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nuno Freitas got the match started through his kick off. SC Varzeas's Mariano Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filipe Moutinho in the 4th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Filipe Moutinho put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mariano Dias. Lemenhe FC's Delfim Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Freitas in the 12th minute of play. Mariano Dias came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Lemenhe FC's Lourenço Amorim. But to his dismay, Lourenço Amorim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. SC Varzeas's Mariano Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save SC Varzeas from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jaime Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Varzeas's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vítor Aleixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Delfim Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Freitas in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Jaime Pedroso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lemenhe FC's Delfim Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Freitas in the 36th minute of play. Delfim Faria didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SC Varzeas's Nuno Freitas shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After a rather tough play, Lemenhe FC's Diogo Macedo got a free kick in the 41st minute. Afonso Rodrigues was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 42nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filipe Moutinho to strike the kick off in the second half. Jaime Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Faria having to interfere. Delfim Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuno Freitas in the 57th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Jaime Pedroso managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Varzeas's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Pedroso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Faria breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filipe Moutinho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Mariano Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, Vítor Aleixo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of SC Varzeas's Mariano Dias. Mariano Dias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 67th minute, SC Varzeas's Jaime Pedroso ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Delfim Faria. Delfim Faria yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-2. Jaime Pedroso in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Delfim Faria, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bernardo Jesus kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match Afonso Rodrigues sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delfim Faria skillfully saved the ball. In the 75th play minute Jaime Pedroso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Delfim Faria. 4-3. After a rather tough play, Lemenhe FC's Tomás Valente got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Delfim Faria was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Afonso Rodrigues. A collision led to Lemenhe FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Bernardo Jesus hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Varzeas's Jaime Pedroso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delfim Faria. That made the score 4-4 after 87 minutes of play. Mariano Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes Lemenhe FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Jesus. Afonso Rodrigues, 94 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
