Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Estanqueiro's Jaime Dias started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute of the match Alfredo Ribeiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Campos skillfully saved the ball. Pedro Delgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Monsarros! In the 10th minute of the game, Estanqueiro got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. In the 16th minute Alexandre Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Guerreiro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Delgado in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Campos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jaime Dias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Luís Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luís Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Dias in the 34th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Dias in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luís Oliveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SC Monsarros's Luís Oliveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save SC Monsarros from getting a goal against them. Alexandre Lima recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Lima made a kick off. The supporters of Estanqueiro booed when SC Monsarros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vítor Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Estanqueiro's Sérgio Azevedo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Oliveira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Estanqueiro's Ricardo Campos got control of the ball when Pedro Delgado tried to sneak it across the goal line. SC Monsarros's Alexandre Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 67 minutes, Pedro Andrade mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Monsarros and the Estanqueiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Estanqueiro booed when SC Monsarros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Estanqueiro's João Azevedo got a free kick in the 70th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Estanqueiro's goal looked a bit too open when João Antunes came free, but Ricardo Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pedro Delgado came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the SC Monsarros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Delgado couldn't finish the play. Estanqueiro's Ricardo Campos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Estanqueiro from getting a goal against them. Mariano Guerreiro kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Pedro Delgado in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ricardo Campos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 85 minutes into the match, Estanqueiro's goalkeeper Ricardo Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Delgado. After having played for 87 minutes, Pedro Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Monsarros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Delgado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Estanqueiro's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Lima came free, but Ricardo Campos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pedro Andrade came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the SC Monsarros fans jumped to their feet. Hugo Santarém kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Ricardo Campos made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Pedro Delgado sent off a good shot on target. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
