Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alexandre Lima got the match started through his kick off. If Pedro Delgado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the game, Lanhezes's Cristóvão Santarém nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Oliveira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. SC Monsarros's Luís Oliveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Ribeiro in the 24th minute of play. When André Ribeiro came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Lanhezes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Ribeiro couldn't finish the play. Pedro Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Alexandre Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Lanhezes getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Carlos Alves hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, SC Monsarros's João Antunes tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Pedro Delgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Monsarros fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, Lanhezes's goalkeeper Gustavo Andrade had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Delgado. In the 43rd match minute, SC Monsarros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Andrade to maneuver through the defense. Luís Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristóvão Santarém made a kick off. Gustavo Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Delgado in the 52nd minute of play. Alexandre Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Andrade having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Lima in the 58th minute of play forced Lanhezes's goalkeeper Gustavo Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luís Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristóvão Santarém, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Santarém in the 67th minute of play. André Ribeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Oliveira having to interfere. Gustavo Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandre Lima's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lanhezes's zone, Vítor Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Andrade came out of the goal and Vítor Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, SC Monsarros's Luís Oliveira got control of the ball when André Ribeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. If André Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Santarém dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luís Oliveira, 1-2. Pedro Delgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alexandre Lima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gustavo Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lanhezes's Gustavo Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Lima in the 97th minute of play.
