Filipe Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Leal in the 4th minute of the match. Cláudio Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Andrade in the 6th minute of play. Coroadinhas FC's attack was well implemented in the 9th minute, but when Carlos Andrade was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. If Amílcar Ferro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Coroadinhas FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Oliveira Rodrigues hit a great ball. After 13 played minutes, Montelavar's Fernando Pinheiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filipe Magalhães came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Montelavar reached it. Filipe Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Leal in the 15th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Coroadinhas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oliveira Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. Fernando Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Magalhães having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Montelavar's goalkeeper Cláudio Matias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amílcar Ferro. Cláudio Matias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Andrade's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When Amílcar Ferro came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Coroadinhas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amílcar Ferro couldn't finish the play. Amílcar Ferro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Matias having to interfere. Amílcar Ferro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cláudio Matias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Carlos Pires fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montelavar's protests and gave Carlos Pires a yellow card for diving instead. Carlos Pires hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Filipe Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emílio Monteiro made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amílcar Ferro in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cláudio Matias saved Montelavar from getting behind. Paulo Simões's late challenge caught a Coroadinhas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Simões helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Montelavar's Paulo Simões got a free kick in the 56th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Coroadinhas FC's goalkeeper Filipe Magalhães had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernando Leal. If Fernando Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Carlos Andrade made a precise shot to the right of Cláudio Matias. Montelavar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. A collision led to Coroadinhas FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Amílcar Ferro hit a great ball. Cláudio Matias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Andrade's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Filipe Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emílio Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Coroadinhas FC's Amílcar Ferro got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Pinheiro kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 90th minute Amílcar Ferro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 92 minutes, Eduardo Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coroadinhas FC and the Montelavar players grew even worse after the yellow card. 92 minutes into the game, one of Coroadinhas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 94 minutes, Montelavar's Fernando Pinheiro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Filipe Magalhães. The Montelavar players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Coroadinhas FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
