A very good chance. 24 minutes into the match, Aricera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusébio Pinho came free, but Gaspar Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 26 played minutes Aricera FC got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Domingues. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Sandro Leal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aricera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandro Leal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Pinho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Oliveira Fontes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Basílio Pinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute Eusébio Pinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaspar Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Luís Borba made a precise shot to the right of Gaspar Baptista. Aricera FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Alamo FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Afonso Pinheiro hit a great ball. Alamo FC's Basílio Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Pinto in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Duarte Pinto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gaspar Baptista made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when José Porto sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Aricera FC's Gaspar Baptista got control of the ball when José Porto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aricera FC's Gaspar Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Pinho in the 70th minute of play. Basílio Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Pinto in the 72nd minute of play. When Oliveira Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Aricera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliveira Fontes couldn't finish the play. Alamo FC's Basílio Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duarte Pinto in the 75th minute of play. Basílio Pinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte Pinto in the 78th minute of the match. Gaspar Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusébio Pinho in the 85th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Sandro Leal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basílio Pinho. Alamo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Leal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Oliveira Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
