Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xavier Azevedo started the match with the kick off. Gonçalo Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Henriques's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. The supporters of Cavadas FC booed when SC Pernelhas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lúcio Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Pernelhas's Rui Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save SC Pernelhas from getting a goal against them. Gonçalo Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Henriques in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes, Tiago Guarda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cavadas FC and the SC Pernelhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SC Pernelhas booed when Cavadas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiago Guarda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20thth minute of the game Gustavo Henriques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavadas FC's Gonçalo Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hugo Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Xavier Azevedo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Rodrigues having to make a save. In the 34th minute Xavier Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, SC Pernelhas's goalkeeper Rui Rodrigues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Amaro. Gonçalo Dantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Cavadas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Magalhães came free, but Gonçalo Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Magalhães to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Cavadas FC defense, Gustavo Henriques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gonçalo Dantas. The Cavadas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gonçalo Dantas should have stopped the shot. Xavier Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rui Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 minutes of play, Cavadas FC's Xavier Azevedo made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rui Rodrigues was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Magalhães's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Gonçalo Dantas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nuno Cunha hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Xavier Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavadas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xavier Azevedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustavo Henriques hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Rui Rodrigues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Amaro went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
