Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when António Vale got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Brufe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Leite to maneuver through the defense. Miguel Ferreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Miguel Borba made a huge save. After 7 minutes, Armindo Melo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Ariosa and the Brufe FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Armindo Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. António Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Augusto Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Borba having to interfere. Brufe FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Miguel Ferreira scored to the left of an out of position Miguel Borba, making the score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vicente Oliveira during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 23 played minutes Brufe FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Oliveira. 26 minutes into the game, António Vale cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Afonso Aleixo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Miguel Ferreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Ariosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Ferreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Borba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Ferreiras short, quick shot in the 35thth minute got Miguel Borba to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the match, Brufe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Domingues came free, but Miguel Borba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miguel Ferreira's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miguel Borba firmly grabbed it by the left post. Miguel Borba didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 42nd minute, which inside left pole to 2-1. The supporters of SC Ariosa booed when Brufe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Leite didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miguel Borba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Ferreira's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Mário Santos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Afonso Aleixo made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brufe FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Ariosa.
