The long shot by Augusto Barbosa in the 3rd minute really tested Humberto Lopes's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 10th minute, André Bessa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucas Guarda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Martins's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Bajouca's Humberto Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Sousa in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, André Bessa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Amadeu Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Heitor Carneiro hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Amadeu Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Lopes having to interfere. If Manuel Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Martins recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Martins in the 32nd minute of play forced Freiria FC's goalkeeper Lucas Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bajouca's Humberto Lopes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Bajouca from getting a goal against them. Sérgio Teixeira struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Lucas Guarda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bajouca.

The wind increased when Amadeu Sousa made the kick off in the second half. Amadeu Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Humberto Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from André Bessa in the 57th minute of the match. Amadeu Sousa struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Humberto Lopes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Freiria FC. Freiria FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Manuel Martins scored to the left of an out of position Lucas Guarda, making the score, 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, André Bessa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Freiria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but André Bessa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Lopes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bajouca had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
