Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Delfim Araújo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Delfim Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Gonçalves having to interfere. After some careless play in the Freixinho defense, Gabriel Leão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogério Gonçalves. The Freixinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogério Gonçalves should have stopped the shot. Tomás Leal's late challenge caught a Freixinho's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomás Leal helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Freixinho booed when Madorra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rui Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sandro Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rogério Gonçalves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Araújo in the 21st minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Madorra's Gabriel Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogério Gonçalves made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 37 played minutes, Freixinho's Heitor Pires shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rui Castro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Freixinho reached it. In the 43rd minute Abel Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Freixinho's Rogério Gonçalves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Freixinho from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Aguiar to strike the kick off in the second half. Delfim Araújo might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogério Gonçalves. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Delfim Araújo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Abel Aguiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Ribeiro, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Abel Aguiar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rui Castro having to make a save. Joaquim Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. When Madorra's Delfim Araújo in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Freixinho's goalie prevented a goal. Freixinho's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
