Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Basílio Ferreira got the match started through his kick off. Afonso Nascimento might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Daniel Gueifão. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso Nascimento ran back to his position shaking his head. Ricardo Queirós charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardo Queirós the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute, one of Porca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Porca FC. The referee gave SC Caravelas a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Diamantino Sousa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Porca FC's Daniel Gueifão. 0-1. When Lucas Moniz fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porca FC's protests and gave Lucas Moniz a yellow card for diving instead. After 17 played minutes Porca FC got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Moniz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio Ferreira in the 23rd minute of play forced SC Caravelas's goalkeeper Adelino Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basílio Ferreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basílio Ferreira in the 32nd minute of the match. After 33 played minutes Basílio Ferreira rounded SC Caravelas's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. When Catarino Miranda fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Caravelas's protests and gave Catarino Miranda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute, Basílio Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute Catarino Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Gueifão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Catarino Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Afonso Nascimento made a kick off. Fábio Coimbra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Daniel Gueifão made a huge save. Catarino Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Porca FC's Daniel Gueifão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Porca FC from getting a goal against them. Adelino Paiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basílio Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basílio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Daniel Gueifão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Nascimento in the 72nd minute of play. Daniel Gueifão was a little too slow when Catarino Ribeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 74th minute. The score was now 1-2. Basílio Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Caravelas's Afonso Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afonso Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Porca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Morais to maneuver through the defense. SC Caravelas's Afonso Nascimento got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
