Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fernando Amaro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rui Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Xavier Trindade received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Óscar Moura came out and tried to block the shot, but Xavier Trindade slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. Óscar Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavier Trindade in the 19th minute of play. Rui Melo took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Óscar Moura. Óscar Moura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 31 minutes, Luís Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rebolo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Amaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rui Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Óscar Moura having to interfere. Alexandre Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Melo got free with Óscar Moura in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

52 minutes into the match, SC Codecaes's Xavier Trindade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Óscar Moura narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Rebolo FC's Jaime Monteiro got a free kick in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rui Melo in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Óscar Moura saved Rebolo FC from getting behind. Luís Cunha struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Luís Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rebolo FC. Filipe Amorim took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Óscar Moura. Óscar Moura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Luís Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Amaro in the 86th minute of the match. Luís Simões made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Borges in the 88th minute of play. Rui Melo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Óscar Moura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rui Melo ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Xavier Trindade notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Rebolo FC's Óscar Moura. Óscar Moura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Xavier Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rui Melo came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the SC Codecaes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rui Melo couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rebolo FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Codecaes.
