Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adolfo Mendes kicked off to start the match. SC Valpaco's Adolfo Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adolfo Mendes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that António Garcia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Óscar Nogueira was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. António Garcia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Óscar Nogueira made a huge save. 28 minutes into the game, António Cabral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Morrilhoes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Valpaco the free kick. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Morrilhoes FC's goalkeeper Óscar Nogueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of SC Valpaco booed when Morrilhoes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Santarém didn't get a good kick on the ball. Óscar Nogueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Mendes in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, SC Valpaco's goal looked a bit too open when André Rocha came free, but Augusto Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, António Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38thth minute of the game Sebastião Vieira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Valpaco's Augusto Carneiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. António Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, SC Valpaco's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Vieira came free, but Augusto Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Morrilhoes FC's Rui Porto got a free kick in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Adolfo Mendes managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Valpaco's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Mendes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Óscar Nogueira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Sebastião Vieira made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Sebastião Vieira lined in a short shot 0-1 behind a frustrated Augusto Carneiro. In the 58th minute, João Santarém hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When António Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the SC Valpaco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Garcia couldn't finish the play. Óscar Nogueira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diamantino Moura hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Garcia in the 66th minute of play forced Morrilhoes FC's goalkeeper Óscar Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Adolfo Mendes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Morrilhoes FC's Óscar Nogueira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. André Rocha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. André Rocha took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Augusto Carneiro. Augusto Carneiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 95th minute, Abel Guerreiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Álvaro Bessa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Morrilhoes FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
