Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when André Neves got the match started through his kick off. Hélder Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Garcia having to interfere. The referee ignored SC Palhagueira's protests and gave Sandro Moutinho a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes SC Palhagueira got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Moutinho. Eusébio Anjos might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adelino Resende. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eusébio Anjos ran back to his position shaking his head. André Neves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Adelino Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Anjos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hélder Guerreiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Hélder Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lucas Alves to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucas Alves in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Garcia saved SC Palhagueira from getting behind. Hélder Guerreiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adelino Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Anjos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th match minute, SC Palhagueira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Lucas Alves managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Barra's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucas Alves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Garcia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 62 minutes, David Aguiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Palhagueira and the SC Barra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, David Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abel Garcia acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Miguel Moreira. After a defensive mix-up in SC Palhagueira's zone, Lucas Alves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Garcia came out of the goal and Lucas Alves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucas Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Garcia having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Eusébio Anjos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Palhagueira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sandro Moutinho kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. When André Neves came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the SC Palhagueira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Neves couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 84 played minutes SC Barra got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Henriques. SC Barra's Adelino Resende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Anjos in the 90th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delfim Paiva during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Delfim Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Adelino Resende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amadeu Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. David Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. SC Palhagueira's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
