Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) A collision led to Cornalheira FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Manuel Araújo hit a great ball. In the 4th minute, one of Cornalheira FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cornalheira FC. The referee gave Parizes a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Lucas Nunes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cornalheira FC's Basílio Paredes. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Gustavo Gomes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Parizes's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Gomes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Basílio Paredes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Cristiano Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Parizes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 17 minutes into the match, Cornalheira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Gomes came free, but Basílio Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristiano Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th match minute, Cornalheira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Fontes to maneuver through the defense. Basílio Paredes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Nunes in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Gustavo Gomes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Basílio Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Óscar Moreira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Miguel Pedroso when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Miguel Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandre Amaral in the 40th minute of play. If Óscar Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Óscar Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cornalheira FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Óscar Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandre Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Óscar Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Miguel Pedroso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Cristiano Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute Alexandre Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Cornalheira FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Fonseca came free, but Basílio Paredes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Óscar Moreira struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Miguel Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cornalheira FC. If Óscar Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Pedroso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Amaral in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th match minute, Parizes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Torres to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 75 minutes, Alexandre Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cornalheira FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Amaral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Óscar Moreira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Parizes's Gustavo Gomes got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Cornalheira FC's zone, Cristiano Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basílio Paredes came out of the goal and Cristiano Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Manuel Araújo fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cornalheira FC's protests and gave Manuel Araújo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cornalheira FC's goalkeeper Basílio Paredes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Parizes had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
