Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) SC Samarao's Afonso Monteiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adolfo Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Santos having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match, Eduardo Pereira tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Daniel Santos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eduardo Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 35 minutes of play, SC Samarao's Jacinto Cabral made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Domingos Melo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eduardo Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Santos having to interfere. Adolfo Fernandes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Daniel Santos made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eduardo Pereira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, SC Samarao's Vasco Ramos got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Joaquim Leal hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. With a little luck, SC Reimonde's Domingos Melo got control of the ball when Jacinto Cabral tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience held their breath when Joaquim Leal in the 66th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Daniel Santos's left hand side. Jacinto Cabral took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Melo. Domingos Melo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Daniel Santos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. SC Samarao's Daniel Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Fernandes in the 80th minute of play. Adolfo Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Daniel Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Melo having to interfere. Domingos Melo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afonso Monteiro in the 87th minute of the match. Afonso Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Domingos Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Afonso Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingos Melo having to interfere. Domingos Melo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The SC Reimonde supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Samarao's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Samarao.
