A collision led to SC Treixedo getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Vítor Jesus hit a great ball. Capellas FC's Domingos Viana shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Carlos Pinheiro but with some difficulty. Rodrigo Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nuno Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, SC Treixedo's Vítor Jesus got a free kick in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Mendes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Pinheiro was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Jorge Anjos might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Pinheiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Pinheiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Anjos in the 25th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Jorge Anjos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capellas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Anjos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Pinheiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When João Correia fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capellas FC's protests and gave João Correia a yellow card for diving instead. João Correia kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Pedro Teixeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Treixedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Teixeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, SC Treixedo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jacinto Mendes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Jacinto Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodrigo Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusébio Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Rodrigo Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacinto Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Pinheiro having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Jorge Anjos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carlos Pinheiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SC Treixedo's Carlos Pinheiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Mendes in the 68th minute of play. Carlos Pinheiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Mendes in the 70th minute of play. João Correia hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Capellas FC's Jacinto Mendes in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Capellas FC had won after a very even match.
