Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tiago Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Matos in the 4th minute of play. Tiago Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Trindade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Golaes's Carlos Santarém proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Golaes from getting a goal against them. Jorge Araújo's late challenge caught a Goucha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Araújo helped the player get up and apologised. Nuno Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Santarém having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Mariano Matos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tiago Azevedo was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After 21 played minutes Golaes got a freekick which was hit by André Castro. Jorge Araújo hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Gonçalo Antunes's shot from long distance in the 24th minute was not bad at all, but Golaes's Carlos Santarém knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 29th match minute, Golaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusébio Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Filipe Trindade managed to get in a good position for a shot. Golaes's supporters rose to their feet, but Filipe Trindade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiago Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Filipe Trindade struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Tiago Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golaes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Trindade in the 37th minute of play forced Goucha FC's goalkeeper Tiago Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Goucha FC's zone, Mariano Matos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Azevedo came out of the goal and Mariano Matos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute Filipe Trindade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Mariano Matos made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Goucha FC's zone, Jorge Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiago Azevedo came out of the goal and Jorge Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tiago Azevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Matos in the 54th minute of play. Fernando Veiga hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When António Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Goucha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Fernandes couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by André Castro during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Golaes getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. André Castro hit a great ball. If Nuno Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nuno Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Carlos Santarém didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goucha FC. After 78 minutes, Luís Leite mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Goucha FC and the Golaes players grew even worse after the yellow card. 86 minutes into the match, Goucha FC's goalkeeper Tiago Azevedo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filipe Trindade. Mariano Matos was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute. Golaes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If António Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
