Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rui Gonçalves got the match started through his kick off. Rui Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Fernando Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5thth minute of the game David Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Gorjao's Fernando Campos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th match minute, SC Gorjao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Ferreira to maneuver through the defense. David Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Fernando Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Gorjao's goalkeeper Fernando Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Carrapichana getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Manuel Luz hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernando Alves in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hélder Paiva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joel Matos during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Joel Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Hélder Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Alves in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hélder Paiva saved Carrapichana from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Carrapichana:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SC Gorjao:s goal. Carrapichana:s Hélder Paiva showed great skill when he stopped Paulo Faria:s penalty. A collision led to SC Gorjao getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Paulo Ferreira hit a great ball. In the 34th minute of the match Rodrigo Antunes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Campos skillfully saved the ball. David Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th match minute, SC Gorjao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Magalhães to maneuver through the defense. If David Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Gorjao's David Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hélder Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernando Alves, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 played minutes SC Gorjao got a freekick which was hit by Rui Mota. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Alves was the one to do the kick off. Rui Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Campos having to interfere. David Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Ferreira hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If David Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder Paiva having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Alves in the 80th minute of play forced Carrapichana's goalkeeper Hélder Paiva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Gorjao's Paulo Ferreira got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Gorjao's goalkeeper Fernando Campos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SC Gorjao had won after a very even match.
