Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Manuel Correia made the kick off which started today's match. The supporters of SC Beicudo booed when Valinha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catarino Esteves was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Pedro Viana. In the 7th minute, Manuel Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertino Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Catarino Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastião Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Beicudo's Rui Pinto managed to work through Valinha FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Rui Pinto dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Vasco Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vasco Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Valinha FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Vasco Barbosa hit a great ball. Valinha FC's Manuel Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Alexandre Simões ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albertino Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rui Pinto got free with Catarino Esteves in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The SC Beicudo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Valinha FC were winning 0-2.

52 minutes into the match, SC Beicudo's goalkeeper Albertino Machado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Lisboa. Ricardo Silva's late challenge caught a Valinha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Simões in the 67th minute of play forced Valinha FC's goalkeeper Catarino Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Valinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Simões came free, but Catarino Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Vaz's late challenge caught a SC Beicudo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. David Vaz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 76th match minute, Valinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Vaz to maneuver through the defense. Alexandre Simões kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. SC Beicudo's Pedro Viana couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 85th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Valinha FC. If Sebastião Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertino Machado made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Lucas Lisboa sent off a good shot on target. In the 93rd match minute, SC Beicudo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristóvão Dantas to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes SC Beicudo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rui Santos who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Valinha FC's corner Rui Santos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Albertino Machado quite easily take care of the ball. Valinha FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
