Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Tomás Tavares started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. David Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Gabriel Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Brás in the 10th minute of play forced Cercadas FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Borges who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Gabriel Borges when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 13 minutes Cercadas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Sousa who took care of the corner kick. In the 18th minute Vítor Garcia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Tavares struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Álvaro Campos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cercadas FC. After a defensive mix-up in Cercadas FC's zone, Pedro Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Borges came out of the goal and Pedro Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Gabriel Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SC Foios's Álvaro Campos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Garcia in the 33rd minute of play. Vítor Garcia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tomás Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 43 played minutes SC Foios got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Borges. Tomás Tavares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when David Brás made the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Brás, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. With a little luck, SC Foios's Álvaro Campos got control of the ball when Vítor Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vítor Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Álvaro Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, SC Foios's Manuel Sousa broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 78 minutes into the match, David Brás notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Cercadas FC's Gabriel Borges. Gabriel Borges was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Vítor Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cercadas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vítor Garcia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Garcia got free with Álvaro Campos in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Many of Cercadas FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Cercadas FC may have spent more time on the ball, but SC Foios were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
