Vítor Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Leite having to interfere. Heitor Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vítor Simões came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Gandarinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Simões couldn't finish the play. After 28 played minutes Gandarinha got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Sá. In the 29th minute of the match Sebastião Viana sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diogo Tavares skillfully saved the ball. Diogo Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heitor Carvalho in the 30th minute of the match. André Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diogo Tavares having to interfere. Roussa FC's João Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Simões in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Simões in the 39th minute of play forced Roussa FC's goalkeeper João Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Leite made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albertino Magalhães in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute André Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diogo Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Eusébio Leão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Heitor Cabral, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Heitor Carvalho made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Albertino Magalhães had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Leite. Roussa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Albertino Magalhães was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 56 minutes into the match, Gandarinha's goal looked a bit too open when André Castro came free, but Diogo Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diogo Tavares made an important save on a dangerous shot by André Domingues in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Gandarinha's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Heitor Carvalho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A hard shot 63 in the game by André Domingues from a close distance when the talented Diogo Tavares managed to make a qualified save. Gandarinha's players were relieved. André Domingues's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Diogo Tavares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Albertino Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Gandarinha's goal looked a bit too open when André Domingues came free, but Diogo Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Heitor Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Albertino Magalhães managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gandarinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Albertino Magalhães was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Leite breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albertino Magalhães received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. João Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albertino Magalhães in the 91st minute of play forced Roussa FC's goalkeeper João Leite to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Carvalho in the 96th minute of play forced Gandarinha's goalkeeper Diogo Tavares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Roussa FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gandarinha.
