Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vítor Matos started the match with the kick off. If Luís Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the game, Jorge Domingues recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Paulo Fernandes. Jorge Domingues showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Jorge Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Carlos Nunes fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rebelo FC's protests and gave Carlos Nunes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Carlos Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Luís Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Fernandes having to interfere. After 18 played minutes Rebelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Mendes. Paulo Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. When Luís Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Prime fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Paulo Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Domingues in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Prime's João Leite got a free kick in the 28th minute. Carlos Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Paulo Fernandes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Nascimento in the 39th minute. Vítor Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Paulo Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Oliveira Freitas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Valente having to interfere. After 53 minutes, Alexandre Matias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Prime and the Rebelo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexandre Matias hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th match minute, Prime was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Gueifão to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Rebelo FC's zone, Luís Nascimento stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Fernandes came out of the goal and Luís Nascimento tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rebelo FC's goalkeeper Paulo Fernandes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 65th minute Luís Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Prime's goalkeeper Paulo Valente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oliveira Freitas. Vítor Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paulo Valente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Rodrigues hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Paulo Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bento Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Paulo Fernandes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Nascimento, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Paulo Fernandes came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Prime's Manuel Gueifão. But to his dismay, Manuel Gueifão quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jorge Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Paulo Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
