Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Formarigo's goalkeeper Luís Reis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Costa. Artur Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Antunes in the 11th minute of play. If José Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Delgado in the 16th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, SC Cabreiro's goal looked a bit too open when José Paredes came free, but Artur Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artur Queirós having to interfere. Vicente Silva hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Miguel Coelho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Formarigo's Luís Reis didn't even have to move. Gil Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 30 minutes into the match, SC Cabreiro's goal looked a bit too open when José Castro came free, but Artur Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 0-1 became the score in the 31st minute when José Castro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jorge Delgado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Luís Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When José Castro came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Formarigo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Castro couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, José Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formarigo's supporters rose to their feet, but José Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Paredes in the 46th minute of play forced SC Cabreiro's goalkeeper Artur Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Castro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Artur Queirós made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when José Paredes sent off a good shot on target. Formarigo's Luís Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Delgado in the 58th minute of play. Joaquim Dantas kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, José Castro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formarigo's supporters rose to their feet, but José Castro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 67 minutes, Rodrigo Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Formarigo and the SC Cabreiro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Formarigo's Rodrigo Antunes got a free kick in the 67th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Costa in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Reis saved Formarigo from getting behind. 71 minutes into the match, Formarigo's goal looked a bit too open when Gil Costa came free, but Luís Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Cabreiro's Joaquim Dantas suffered a concussion after 71 minutes and had to leave the field. 71 minutes into the game, Lourenço Coelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Formarigo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Cabreiro the free kick. The supporters of SC Cabreiro booed when Formarigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Silva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute of the match Miguel Coelho shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Luís Reis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Luís Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Costa in the 78th minute of play. Gil Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Reis having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Nuno Carvalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Cabreiro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nuno Carvalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The SC Cabreiro supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Formarigo's performance. The match ended with a win for Formarigo.
