Pedro Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Rui Faria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Arrochela's Rui Faria got control of the ball when Pedro Carvalho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rui Faria didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Carvalho went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Arrochela's Rui Faria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Arrochela from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute, André Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute, António Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 34 minutes into the game, Forcado FC's António Cardoso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rui Faria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Pedro Carvalho fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forcado FC's protests and gave Pedro Carvalho a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes Forcado FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Carvalho. Oliveira Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Aleixo having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and António Cardoso made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Arrochela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Vale to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Afonso Viegas, 55 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Pedro Carvalho struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Rui Faria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forcado FC. Forcado FC's Joaquim Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Sá in the 61st minute of play. Daniel Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquim Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Sá in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, João Sá got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oliveira Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Joaquim Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, João Sá made a precise shot to the right of Joaquim Aleixo. Forcado FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. João Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Joaquim Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arrochela's João Sá got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joaquim Aleixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. João Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute there was a penalty for Forcado FC. Adelino Mota stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Rui Faria. 3-2. The Forcado FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
