Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cláudio Macedo made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Neves during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gustavo Neves took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Assunção. André Assunção dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cláudio Macedo scored 1-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Campos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Carias's zone, Carlos Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Campos came out of the goal and Carlos Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Cláudio Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Bruno Campos to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Macedo in the 29th minute of play forced Carias's goalkeeper Bruno Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cláudio Macedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Cláudio Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Bruno Campos to make any attempt to save it. Cláudio Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carias's Gustavo Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

After some careless play in the Carias defense, Cláudio Macedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Campos. The Carias fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Campos should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute Carlos Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If António Ferreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Gustavo Neves fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of André Assunção, passed just outside the right post. In the 62nd minute Gustavo Neves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gustavo Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Macedo struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Bruno Campos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matacais. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio Macedo in the 70th minute of play forced Carias's goalkeeper Bruno Campos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Assunção showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Neves in the 73rd minute of the match. After 76 minutes, Gustavo Matias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carias and the Matacais players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Matacais booed when Carias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Viegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 minutes, Viriato Fernandes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carias and the Matacais players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Carias getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Viriato Fernandes hit a great ball. Cláudio Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Bruno Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Matacais's zone, António Ferreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Assunção came out of the goal and António Ferreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 97 played minutes Matacais got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Henriques. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Humberto Faro during the 98th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 98th minute, Humberto Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Matias, 99 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Carias's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
