Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when António Pinho got the match started through his kick off. Albitelhe's Paulo Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Borges in the 3rd minute of play. When António Pinho came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the SC Agoncida fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Pinho couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Borges in the 6th minute of play forced Albitelhe's goalkeeper Paulo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Catarino Assis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Jorge Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mário Moreira was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. If Catarino Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 minutes, Jaime Moura mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Albitelhe and the SC Agoncida players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jaime Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Daniel Cunha was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 19 minutes of play, SC Agoncida's Simão Borges made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Azevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by António Pinho in the 23rd minute of play forced Albitelhe's goalkeeper Paulo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, António Pinho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, SC Agoncida's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Martins came free, but Mário Moreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaime Moura was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of SC Agoncida booed when Albitelhe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Moura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albitelhe's Paulo Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Pinho in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Pinho in the 71st minute of play forced Albitelhe's goalkeeper Paulo Azevedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jorge Martins charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge Martins the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albitelhe's Paulo Azevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Pinho in the 82nd minute of play. Simão Borges's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paulo Azevedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Albitelhe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Catarino Assis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Agoncida eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
