The audience thought a goal was coming when Filipe Aleixo got free with Cláudio Figueiredo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cláudio Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Miranda in the 24th minute of play. Vítor Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Lopes having to interfere. If Cláudio Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Lopes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The SC Anagueis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Logoela were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Miranda was the one to do the kick off. Paulo Pinho kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. The supporters of SC Anagueis booed when Logoela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cláudio Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armando Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute Filipe Aleixo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Logoela getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Sandro Porto hit a great ball. If Paulo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Logoela! Filipe Aleixo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cláudio Figueiredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Cláudio Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Miranda in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th minute Cláudio Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 minutes of play, Logoela's Cláudio Carvalho made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Armando Lopes was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Filipe Aleixo in the 90th minute of play forced Logoela's goalkeeper Cláudio Figueiredo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The SC Anagueis supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Logoela's performance. The match ended with a win for Logoela.
