Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hélder Borba started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. José Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Monteiro in the 3rd minute of play. Afonso Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. José Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 10 in the game by Carlos Fernandes from a close distance when the talented José Sousa managed to make a qualified save. Telhada FC's players were relieved. In the 14th minute, Carlos Fernandes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastião Leite kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Britelo's Daniel Coimbra couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Telhada FC. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Fernandes during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Telhada FC booed when Britelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hélder Borba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Freitas having to interfere. After some careless play in the Telhada FC defense, Carlos Fernandes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of José Sousa. The Telhada FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Sousa should have stopped the shot. Pedro Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedro Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Britelo's zone, Hélder Borba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ricardo Freitas came out of the goal and Hélder Borba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hélder Borba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ricardo Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Freitas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Borba in the 43rd minute of play. Carlos Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Sousa having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Afonso Monteiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hélder Borba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Carlos Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bernardo Borges came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Telhada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Borges couldn't finish the play. Hélder Borba recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Borges received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Ricardo Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hélder Borba in the 67th minute of play forced Britelo's goalkeeper Ricardo Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Telhada FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Pereira to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, Britelo's goalkeeper Ricardo Freitas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernardo Borges. With an all-out effort, Telhada FC's Ricardo Freitas threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hélder Borba, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Britelo had won after a very even match.
