Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marco Nunes started the match with the kick off. Paulo Leal hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Antela's Pedro Aguiar got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Américo Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Dias having to interfere. Pedro Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amílcar Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Sousa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 19th minute Amílcar Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cancinhola FC's Amílcar Silva got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marco Sousa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amílcar Silva, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Aguiar in the 27th minute of play forced Cancinhola FC's goalkeeper Marco Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Nunes in the 30th minute of play. Amílcar Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Marco Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Nunes in the 33rd minute of the match. Marco Nunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Marco Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 minutes of play, Cancinhola FC's Marco Nunes made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marco Sousa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pedro Aguiar to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Óscar Mendes in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Dias saved Cancinhola FC from getting behind. In the 53rd minute Pedro Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Aguiar in the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Aguiar in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Dias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marco Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Pedro Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Dias having to interfere. Marco Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Américo Matos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
