Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Armando Neves took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Lanhezes's Afonso Porto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jorge Leão. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Neves in the 8th minute of play forced SC Lanhezes's goalkeeper Oliveira Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Lanhezes's goalkeeper Oliveira Simões, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Neves in the 17th minute of play forced SC Lanhezes's goalkeeper Oliveira Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Simões having to interfere. If Amadeu Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, SC Lanhezes's Fernando Correia got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Afonso Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jorge Leão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Afonso Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fragosela FC's Jorge Leão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SC Lanhezes's Afonso Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fragosela FC's Jorge Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeu Lopes in the 33rd minute of play. Amadeu Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Leão having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Oliveira Campos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Fragosela FC booed when SC Lanhezes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Dantas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, SC Lanhezes's Fernando Cruz got a free kick in the 45th minute. Armando Neves struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Oliveira Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fragosela FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Jorge Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Porto in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Lanhezes's goalkeeper Oliveira Simões, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Duarte Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Oliveira Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Fragosela FC's Armando Neves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oliveira Simões narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Armando Neves charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Neves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fragosela FC's Armando Neves got a free kick in the 59th minute. Jorge Leão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeu Lopes in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Duarte Gomes notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of SC Lanhezes's Oliveira Simões. Oliveira Simões was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 70 minutes into the match, Afonso Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Leão. Fragosela FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When SC Lanhezes's Afonso Porto in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fragosela FC's goalie prevented a goal. 82 minutes into the match, SC Lanhezes's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Neves came free, but Oliveira Simões reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Amadeu Lopes sped through Fragosela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jorge Leão. In the 90th minute, Duarte Gomes made a precise shot to the right of Oliveira Simões. SC Lanhezes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. SC Lanhezes's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
