Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rafael Coelho got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, SC Nesperido's Pedro Soares got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Fermentaos's Américo Setúbal broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Rafael Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th match minute, SC Nesperido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armindo Setúbal to maneuver through the defense. When SC Nesperido's Hélder Santos in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Nuno Anjos hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, João Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Nesperido's supporters rose to their feet, but João Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Henriques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nuno Anjos hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Armando Paredes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Cunha in the 33rd minute of the match. When Hélder Santos came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the SC Nesperido fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hélder Santos couldn't finish the play. If Raul Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélder Santos to strike the kick off in the second half. Raul Henriques didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Francisco Martins went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Rafael Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When SC Nesperido's Hélder Santos in 81 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Raul Henriques guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After 84 played minutes SC Nesperido got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Setúbal. Fermentaos's Raul Cunha managed to work through SC Nesperido's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Raul Cunha dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. SC Nesperido were furious when Pedro Soares was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 87th minute, one of SC Nesperido:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SC Nesperido. In the 93rd minute, Basílio Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Raul Cunha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armando Paredes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After having played for 99 minutes, Rafael Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fermentaos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Coelho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fermentaos's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
