Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlos Melo kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Caroceiras FC's goalkeeper Inácio Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Rocha. Carlos Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Inácio Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delfim Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diamantino Rocha in the 8th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, SC Nagosa's goal looked a bit too open when Diamantino Rocha came free, but Delfim Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Vaz hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. 26 minutes into the match, Caroceiras FC's Gaspar Vieira broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Caroceiras FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Melo came free, but Inácio Silva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emílio Matos hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Diamantino Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Amorim having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cândido Nascimento was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Cândido Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caroceiras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cândido Nascimento was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 61st minute, Diamantino Rocha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 62 played minutes SC Nagosa got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Moutinho. If Diamantino Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Diamantino Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Caroceiras FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diamantino Rocha couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Cândido Nascimento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caroceiras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cândido Nascimento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cândido Nascimento in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Delfim Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Diamantino Rocha took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delfim Amorim. Delfim Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Cândido Nascimento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Silva having to interfere. Delfim Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cândido Nascimento in the 88th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Cândido Nascimento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caroceiras FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 96thth minute of the game Cândido Nascimento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Nagosa's Delfim Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caroceiras FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
