Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when António Mota took the kick off in the first half of the match. António Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Guerreiro having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Vasco Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cavadinha's Álvaro Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Álvaro Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Guerreiro having to interfere. Humberto Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without António Marques having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cavadinha's Lucas Torres got a free kick in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Malveira FC's goal looked a bit too open when António Mota came free, but André Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Cavadinha's Álvaro Porto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that André Guerreiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Álvaro Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Guerreiro having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Cavadinha got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Teixeira. In the 30th minute of the match Vasco Leite sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but António Marques skillfully saved the ball. If Álvaro Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Álvaro Porto came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Cavadinha fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Álvaro Porto couldn't finish the play. António Mota struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. André Guerreiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cavadinha. If Vasco Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vasco Brito was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Cavadinha's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Henriques came free, but António Marques reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Hélder Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. António Marques took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasco Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Carneiro's late challenge caught a Cavadinha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Carneiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Malveira FC got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Leite. After a defensive mix-up in Malveira FC's zone, António Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Guerreiro came out of the goal and António Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Guerreiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from António Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. António Mota's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but André Guerreiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th play minute Álvaro Porto came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised André Guerreiro. 0-1. Miguel Borba kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Malveira FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when António Mota 79 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Álvaro Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Malveira FC's goalkeeper André Guerreiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Joel Branco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malveira FC and the Cavadinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Malveira FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Joel Branco hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Malveira FC's Miguel Borba got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Carlos Teixeira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for André Guerreiro. Malveira FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Malveira FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cavadinha were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
