A collision led to SC Terroso getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Joel Freitas hit a great ball. In the 31stth minute of the game Cristóvão Correia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alcorochel FC's Joaquim Silva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Eusébio Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 35 minutes in the game, Cristóvão Correia fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Joaquim Silva having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 40th minute by Cristóvão Correia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jorge Viegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Azevedo in the 45th minute of the match. After some careless play in the SC Terroso defense, Bento Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Viegas. The SC Terroso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Viegas should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bento Azevedo made a kick off. Jorge Viegas made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Leiria in the 52nd minute. If João Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th match minute, Alcorochel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Santarém to maneuver through the defense. When SC Terroso's Cristóvão Correia in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in SC Terroso's zone, David Leiria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Viegas came out of the goal and David Leiria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Leiria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Viegas having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Joel Freitas had to leave the field with a concussion. 90 minutes into the game, Fábio Cruz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcorochel FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Terroso the free kick. In the 91st match minute, Alcorochel FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fábio Cruz to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the match, SC Terroso's Humberto Leiria broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The SC Terroso supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Alcorochel FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Alcorochel FC.
