Gaspar Morais took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viriato Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the game, Daniel Amorim landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Eusébio Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Arroios FC's protests and gave Eusébio Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. Eusébio Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Arroios FC's Eusébio Cabral got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viriato Ramos in the 30th minute of play forced SC Maios's goalkeeper Gaspar Morais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Afonso Martins hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Alberto Leite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viriato Ramos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gaspar Morais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, SC Maios's Gaspar Morais got control of the ball when Viriato Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Arroios FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
