Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) António Setúbal made the kick off and thus started the match. António Setúbal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 4th minute. Arroios FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. António Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Conlela FC's Paulo Jesus got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by António Setúbal in the 14th minute of play forced Conlela FC's goalkeeper Augusto Porto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eduardo Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Leite in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Viriato Ramos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Arroios FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Viriato Ramos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Augusto Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes Conlela FC got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Gaspar. Conlela FC's Augusto Porto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Conlela FC from getting a goal against them. Álvaro Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Porto having to interfere. Viriato Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute Paulo Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulo Jesus to strike the kick off in the second half. Mário Leite's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Matias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Paulo Jesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Luís Matias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viriato Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Conlela FC's Augusto Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Setúbal in the 69th minute of play. In the 83rd minute, Álvaro Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the match, Arroios FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Jesus came free, but Luís Matias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Jesus in the 87th minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Arroios FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Heitor Leal to maneuver through the defense. If Paulo Jesus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arroios FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
