Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Miguel Correia started the match with the kick off. Rui Tavares was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Adelino Moura capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Adelino Moura really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Adelino Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Rui Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Álvaro Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th of the match, Cristiano Cardoso tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Rui Tavares got in the way and made a wonderful save. SC Bunheiro's Jaime Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Pinto in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Correia in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jaime Valente prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingos Pinto in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jaime Valente saved SC Bunheiro from getting behind. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Bunheiro's goalkeeper Jaime Valente, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Ruivais booed when SC Bunheiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Daniel Aleixo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Valente skillfully saved the ball. When Adelino Moura came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SC Bunheiro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adelino Moura couldn't finish the play. Álvaro Vale's late challenge caught a SC Bunheiro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Álvaro Vale helped the player get up and apologised. Álvaro Vale kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Xavier Anjos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rui Tavares skillfully saved the ball. Cristiano Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rui Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Miguel Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Miguel Correia took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jaime Valente to make any attempt to save it. When Ruivais's Lucas Cabral, in the 59th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ruivais. In the 70th minute, Domingos Pinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miguel Correia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jaime Valente having to make a save. Jaime Valente came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Ruivais's Domingos Pinto. But to his dismay, Domingos Pinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 82 minutes into the match, Ruivais's Domingos Pinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jaime Valente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rui Tavares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Tavares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rui Magalhães, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Adelino Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Tavares was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. After a rather tough play, Ruivais's Gonçalo Baptista got a free kick in the 95th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
