Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manuel Marques got the match started through his kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Ramos got free with Duarte Cruz in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ferradosa's Duarte Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Ferradosa from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that João Ramos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duarte Cruz was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Jaime Magalhães sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duarte Cruz having to interfere. Jaime Magalhães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Ferradosa's goalkeeper Duarte Cruz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by João Ramos. When Francisco Monteiro fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferradosa's protests and gave Francisco Monteiro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Descoberto booed when Ferradosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Monteiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Duarte Cruz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. João Ramos took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duarte Cruz. Duarte Cruz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 40th minute Jaime Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Inácio Faria came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ferradosa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Faria couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Magalhães stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Ferradosa booed when Descoberto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Marques in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Vieira saved Descoberto from getting behind. Manuel Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When André Delgado fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Descoberto's protests and gave André Delgado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, André Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Jaime Magalhães notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Ferradosa's Duarte Cruz. Duarte Cruz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pedro Guerreiro's late challenge caught a Ferradosa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Guerreiro helped the player get up and apologised. If João Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Jaime Magalhães notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Ferradosa's Duarte Cruz. Duarte Cruz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Descoberto fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ferradosa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
