João Lisboa made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Adelino Santarém sent off a good shot on target. Adelino Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adelino Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. João Lisboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusébio Simões sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernando Aleixo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sérgio Borges went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Eusébio Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Adelino Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alfarela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adelino Santarém was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adelino Santarém fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Lisboa having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Sérgio Borges made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Aleixo. Alfarela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Adelino Santarém fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Lisboa having to interfere. In the 41st minute, Eusébio Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Adelino Santarém had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the game, Alfarela's Adelino Santarém nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Lisboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2.

The wind increased when Eusébio Simões made the kick off in the second half. João Lisboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Santarém in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusébio Simões in the 56th minute of play forced Luilhas FC's goalkeeper João Lisboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eusébio Simões received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. João Lisboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes, Luilhas FC's Carlos Pinho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernando Aleixo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Luilhas FC reached it. When Sérgio Borges came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Luilhas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sérgio Borges couldn't finish the play. Fernando Aleixo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Monteiro in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Alfarela's Eusébio Simões sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Lisboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adelino Santarém sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 80 played minutes Luilhas FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Gaspar. Adelino Santarém recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute of the match Carlos Pinho sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fernando Aleixo skillfully saved the ball. Adelino Santarém struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. João Lisboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alfarela. 95 minutes into the match, Adelino Santarém notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Luilhas FC's João Lisboa. João Lisboa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Although Alfarela had been in control for most of the match, Luilhas FC still came away with the win.
