Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vasco Rocha kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Trogal booed when Alpriate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrique Luz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alpriate FC's António Borges got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vasco Soares hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Trogal defense, Tiago Guarda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bento Araújo. The Trogal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bento Araújo should have stopped the shot. Tiago Guarda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Bento Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Alpriate FC booed when Trogal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Fernandes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Tiago Guarda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alpriate FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiago Guarda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bento Araújo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Trogal's Bento Araújo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Borges in the 18th minute of play. António Borges blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bento Araújo having to make a save. Vasco Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Manuel Coimbra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diamantino Maia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Coimbra in the 34th minute of play. Vasco Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Maia having to interfere. Bento Araújo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from António Borges went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Borges to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Heitor Assis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th match minute, Alpriate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manuel Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. 57 minutes into the match, Trogal's Vasco Soares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diamantino Maia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. António Borges struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Bento Araújo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alpriate FC. Manuel Coimbra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th match minute, Trogal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Paredes to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute Vasco Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bento Araújo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Guarda, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 78th minute, Fábio Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 80 minutes into the match, António Borges notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Trogal's Bento Araújo. Bento Araújo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Trogal's Joaquim Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Fábio Macedo took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Diamantino Maia to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Alpriate FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Henrique Luz hit a great ball. 97 minutes into the game, Trogal's Manuel Coimbra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diamantino Maia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Alpriate FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Trogal had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
