Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vasco Macedo made the kick off and thus started the match. After 6 played minutes SC Malasia got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Alves. In the 6th minute, Vasco Soares sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Malasia's Vítor Miranda didn't even have to move. Vasco Macedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fábio Macedo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Vasco Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Vasco Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trogal's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasco Rocha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vítor Miranda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Trogal's Fábio Macedo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Bento Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Cunha in the 23rd minute of play. Vasco Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Bento Araújo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Trogal got a freekick which was hit by Rui Paredes. Vítor Miranda was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Vasco Rocha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vasco Rocha really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 38th minute, Augusto Cunha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vasco Macedo in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bento Araújo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vasco Rocha to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, SC Malasia's Jorge Matos got a free kick in the 54th minute. Bento Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasco Macedo in the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SC Malasia's zone, Manuel Coimbra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vítor Miranda came out of the goal and Manuel Coimbra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SC Malasia's Vítor Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasco Rocha in the 72nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eusébio Faria during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Eusébio Faria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Trogal's Vasco Rocha in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Malasia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 79th minute, Vasco Rocha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Trogal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. In the 83rd minute, Vasco Macedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Trogal could leave the field as winners, despite SC Malasia having more of the ball for most of the match.
