Bregieira's Vasco Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diogo Ferreira in the 37th minute of play. When Gil Amorim was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manuel Araújo charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Manuel Araújo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Bregieira's Manuel Araújo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Rosmaninho's João Fernandes got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Diogo Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vasco Simões. Bregieira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diogo Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Diogo Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Simões having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Domingos Brás sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Bregieira's Vasco Simões didn't even have to move. Diogo Ferreira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Diogo Ferreira scored 3-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vasco Simões, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vasco Simões showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Fernandes in the 95th minute of the match. João Fernandes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vasco Simões having to interfere.
