Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Portelinha FC's André Maia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Portelinha FC from getting a goal against them. In the 13th minute Simão Morais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jorge Sá fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Portelinha FC's protests and gave Jorge Sá a yellow card for diving instead. After 14 played minutes Portelinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Sá. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simão Morais in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Maia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Jorge Delgado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portelinha FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Delgado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luís Esteves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When André Valente came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Chamusca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that André Valente couldn't finish the play. When Abel Gaspar fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chamusca FC's protests and gave Abel Gaspar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th minute, Abel Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 31 minutes, Simão Morais managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chamusca FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simão Morais was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. André Valente who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of André Maia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If André Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 46th match minute, Portelinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Delgado to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simão Morais was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Portelinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Morais came free, but André Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute, Simão Morais ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Maia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Portelinha FC's André Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Morais in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes Chamusca FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Teixeira. André Valente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Morais in the 71st minute of the match. André Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without André Maia having to interfere. In the 75th minute, Simão Morais left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chamusca FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Portelinha FC's zone, André Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Maia came out of the goal and André Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Jorge Delgado took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Luís Esteves to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chamusca FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Portelinha FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
