Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when João Ribeiro got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Rogério Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Porrais and the SC Redinha players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes SC Porrais got a freekick which was hit by Rogério Faria. In the 5thth minute of the game Alexandre Reis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Porrais's Lucas Aleixo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Óscar Lisboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Redinha's Alexandre Reis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lucas Aleixo. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. After 12 played minutes SC Porrais got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Lima. Lucas Aleixo made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Óscar Lisboa sent off a good shot on target. When SC Redinha's Óscar Lisboa, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for SC Redinha. After having played for 18 minutes, João Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Porrais's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 21 minutes into the game, João Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Domingos Domingues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, SC Redinha's Manuel Gonçalves got a free kick in the 24th minute. 30 minutes into the match, SC Porrais's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Reis came free, but Lucas Aleixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Domingos Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Amaro in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to SC Porrais getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Alexandre Leiria hit a great ball. After 49 played minutes, SC Redinha's Jorge Viegas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Aleixo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC Redinha reached it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Reis was the one to do the kick off. Domingos Domingues made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Amaro in the 59th minute. André Lopes's late challenge caught a SC Porrais's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Lopes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th match minute, SC Redinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Lopes to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute, Miguel Andrade left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Redinha fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Lucas Aleixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Óscar Lisboa in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in SC Redinha's zone, João Ribeiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Domingues came out of the goal and João Ribeiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexandre Reis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Lucas Aleixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Óscar Lisboa in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lucas Aleixo saved SC Porrais from getting behind. In the 86th minute João Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Domingues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Amaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SC Porrais's Lucas Aleixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Reis in the 90th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Reis in the 92nd minute of play forced SC Porrais's goalkeeper Lucas Aleixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Domingues made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Luís Amaro sent off a good shot on target. Rogério Faria scored 2-2 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Domingos Domingues, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
