Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when André Leal took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 6th minute, Carlos Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bento Coimbra made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Pedro Barbosa sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th match minute, SC Outeirinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Nuno Castro, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Escusa's Fernando Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Cabral in the 20th minute of play. Rui Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Escusa's goalkeeper Fernando Miranda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th match minute, Escusa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Teixeira to maneuver through the defense. SC Outeirinho's André Leal got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Miranda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Rui Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. André Leal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. André Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Pedro Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 47 minutes, Filipe Faria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escusa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipe Faria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Filipe Faria made the kick off in the second half. Pedro Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Bento Coimbra didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escusa. In the 58th minute, SC Outeirinho's André Leal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Escusa's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when André Leal scored to the left of an out of position Fernando Miranda, making the score, 0-2. In the 64th match minute, SC Outeirinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Aguiar to maneuver through the defense. Rui Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fernando Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 72 minutes, Bento Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Escusa and the SC Outeirinho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Bento Vale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Escusa's zone, Rui Cabral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Miranda came out of the goal and Rui Cabral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Escusa's goalkeeper Fernando Miranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rui Cabral. Bento Coimbra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Barbosa in the 88th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Filipe Faria had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bento Coimbra. SC Outeirinho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipe Faria was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After 96 played minutes Escusa got a freekick which was hit by Mário Moutinho. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. SC Outeirinho had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
