Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Gonçalves started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Aveledo FC's Pedro Tavares got a free kick in the 7th minute. João Gonçalves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. João Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aveledo FC's João Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonçalo Martins in the 15th minute of play. If Domingos Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Aveledo FC's Carlos Leite slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rogério Amaral. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. The audience was convinced that Gonçalo Martins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Carneiro was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers João Gonçalves in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Carneiro saved Aveledo FC from getting behind. With a little luck, Capinha's Rogério Amaral got control of the ball when Domingos Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Francisco Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lúcio Cruz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for João Carneiro. Aveledo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aveledo FC's Domingos Almeida got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Leite received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Rogério Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Domingos Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aveledo FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by António Andrade in the 53rd minute. Gonçalo Martins hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. António Andrade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristiano Figueiredo's late challenge caught a Aveledo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Figueiredo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Capinha's Cristiano Figueiredo got a free kick in the 56th minute. Domingos Almeida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Amaral having to interfere. In the 71st minute João Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Carlos Leite's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogério Amaral was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game.
